Rimozione prefisso /nis2/ da tutti i path frontend e router:
- index.php: basePath '' (da '/nis2')
- api.js: baseUrl '/api' (da '/nis2/api')
- Tutti i file HTML: path assoluti senza prefisso /nis2/
